- 1 red bell pepper diced
- ¼ cup red onion finely diced
- 1 jalapeño finely diced
- 3 tablespoon lime juice fresh
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 1-2 tablespoon cilantro leaves finely chopped, optional
Instructions
- Add diced pineapple, mango, red bell pepper, red onion, and jalapeño to a large bowl. Pour over freshly squeezed lime juice and toss to coat. Sprinkle sea salt and cilantro leaves, toss again. Chill for 30 minutes before serving, if desired.
