Kitchen tips
As an all purpose seasoning: Mix a couple tablespoons into ground meat for meatballs or your favorite skillet meal.
For steaks: use enough seasoning to cover the entire steak, including the sides of the steak. Let steaks come to room temperature before cooking.
For burgers: mix a couple tablespoons into the fresh ground meat, or if using premade patties, generously coat both sides.
The best way to get perfectly cooked steaks and burgers is to use a meat thermometer.
