1baguette or loaf of breadsourdough, French, Italian, ciabatta
½cup butter, one stickunsalted, salted, softened
4tablespoonsfresh garlicminced fine
½cupgrated parmesan cheesecanned or fresh
¼ cupparsley; flat leaf, chopped
2teaspoonsdried oreganooptional
Crushed red pepper flakesto taste, optional
Instructions
Slice baguette into slices, to your desired thickness. I like mine about one inch thick.
Add softened butter, fresh garlic, parmesan cheese, chopped parsley (and optional ingredients if using) together in a bowl. Mix until ingredients are well combined.
Spread butter mixture over sliced bread slices.
Place slices in air fryer basket in an even layer.
Air fry at 350 F for 5 minutes, or until desired crispness.
Notes
No need to preheat
Place in single layer for best results.
Cook in batches.
Store leftover garlic butter in refrigerator covered tightly for up to 2 weeks.
Add 4 ounces softened cream cheese for creamy texture.
