4ouncescream cheese (I use half a block)softened, low at is ok

½teaspoondijon mustardor spicy brown
½cupbeef jerkyyour favorite flavor chopped into small pieces
½cupshredded cheddar cheeseor a blend
1jalepeñolarge, or to taste-can use green pepper
1green onionor to taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl, use a hand mixer to blend softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, and dijon mustard until creamy.
Chop beef jerky into small pieces. Add jerky, shredded cheese, finely diced jalapeños, diced green onions, and black pepper into the creamed mixture and stir until well combined.
Garnish beef jerky dip with sliced green onions and beef jerky pieces.
Serve with crackers, pita bread, or veggies.
Notes
Add a ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce for added flavor.Serve with celery sticks, cucumber slices and baby carrots for a healthy snack that's low carb/keto.Use a food processor instead of a hand mixer if preferred.Store covered in the refrigerator for 4 or 5 days.
