Honey mustard without mayo will make your next salad a tasty lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

tablespoon
Dijon mustard
¼
teaspoon
dry mustard powder

tablespoon
honey
¼
cup
apple cider vinegar
or raspberry vinegar
⅓
cup
canola oil
1
teaspoon
sesame oil
or walnut oil
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Using a medium bowl, mix together Dijon and mustard powder. Add honey and vinegar, combine well.
Slowly drizzle in canola oil and sesame oil in a think stream while whisking constantly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill until ready to serve.
Notes
You may prefer using mason jars to make your homemade dressings.
Add one glove of garlic (pressed of finely minced) or half a teaspoon of garlic powder.
Try lemon juice instead of vinegar.
Use a local honey to support your community.
Double or triple for a big batch or if you're meal planning.
Add a dollop of Greek yogurt to thicken it and use as a dipping sauce.
