These air fryer Tai Pei egg rolls make a quick meal or snack when time is short. They are the perfect appetizer when unexpected friends drop by. Or turn it into a family friendly dinner with my Singapore fried rice and my Asian Dipping Sauce.
Be sure you're familiar with your air fryer. The Ninja recommends preheating so I did so at 390 degrees F for three minutes.
Place egg rolls to the preheated air fryer air fryer basket in a single layer. Leave a bit a space between them.
Set timer to 10 minutes. Cook, turning egg rolls over at the halfway point. Lightly spray egg rolls before cooking and at the halfway mark, if desired.
Notes
Air fryers vary by brand and model. For best results, add more cook time in one minute increments if necessary to achieve crunchy egg rolls. Or reduce cook time if crispy and heated throughout.Nutrition info doesn't include dipping sauce.
