Add diced pineapple, mango, red bell pepper, red onion, and jalapeño to a large bowl. Pour over freshly squeezed lime juice and toss to coat. Sprinkle sea salt and cilantro leaves, toss again. Chill for 30 minutes before serving, if desired.
