Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground turkey, season with salt and pepper to taste and cook until browned and no longer pink. Add the Worcestershire sauce, stir to combine. Add to crockpot insert.
To the same skillet (add a little oil or cooking spray if needed) add the chopped onions, chopped green pepper, and chopped jalapeño. Cook until softened, about 5 to 7 minutes. Add the chopped garlic and cook for one minute more. Add softened veggies to the crockpot.
Add remaining ingredients (water, tomato sauce, Rotel (undrained) chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper) to the crockpot. Stir until well combined.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low for six to eight hours or on high for three to four hours.

Notes
To add beans: add your favorite beans such as black beans, pinto beans, kidney beans or white beans. Be sure to rinse them under cold running water first.
Add fresh cut corn or corn from the can.
Add some veggies like bite sized pieces of sweet potatoes, butternut squash, or carrots.
